I've got two different ones made, about to start a Mage playthrough for a couple days, take a break from my Warrior playthrough, just wondering if when I switch back to my Warrior one it'll track with my original world state, or am I going to have to remember to switch each time in The Keep?

The Keep worldstate only factors in when you start a new game. Once you have a save, all the info is kept in the save.
