I keep seeing that it's possible to flirt with her in numerous occasions. Shame though, I'd definitely go for her path than all the other available ones.
Was Lance Harding a cut content?

Its a good question. She tells you at one point that once Corypheus is dead, the two of you can explore the idea more fully (its a dialog you can have in skyhold) but in the post-game there isn't any further dialogue.

It was probably Bioware teasing players who have been begging for a dwarf romance since Origins came out.

Oghren / Varric all important dwarfs couldnt be romanced. Why should Bioware tease us with Harding?

A dwarf romance? Never. Gaider says dwarf-on-human/elf/kossith romance is like pedophilia or something.
It sounds like I'm kidding, right? I wish I was kidding. Believe me I wish that. (Not that I want or care about a dwarf romance, but pedophilia?!)

Yeah Gaider gets fairly squicked by Dwarf romances... He saw the Hobbit this summer though and as a result was apparently thinking that a racegated dwarf/dwarf romance might not be a bad idea. Which is a step forward.
One thing that did always confuse me about his stance was why BW allowed Dwarf PCs to engage in romances if that was their feeling....

Personally I don't get what the attraction towards Harding is
*snip*
Are heterosexual males so intimidated by tall women that they need to romance a dwarf to make themselves feel big and powerful?
I'm pretty convinced you're just a troll account since you keep on making daft comments like this. Disappointed at you not whipping out your biology this time, tho. Also, aren't you being a hypocrite with that last comment? Didn't you make a big thread ranting at how you're intimidated by Cass' short hair so wanted a mod to get her Rapunzel locks?
But seriously, if that is the reason why we don't have any dwarf romances because of Gaider's completely terrible understanding of a word and personal distaste, for shame bioware. For shame.

imo i think the elfs look more like children than dwarfs, i made an elf and she looked 13 or something. no romance for her.

Yes because short people are weak and long people are strong if a guy likes a shorter woman than him then its because shes weaker than him. (Sarcasm if anyone actually thought this was serious.)

That is so blatantly ignorant and false I have to wonder whether you are living in an alternate universe or if it is you who is the troll. You never answered my question either, what is the attraction to scout Harding?

Gaider has also stated numerous times that people have interpreted his comment on dwarf romance incorrectly and that he would not be opposed to offering a dwarf romance if the story was right.
My personal thought is that Harding is their attempt to dip their toes into dwarf romances. Make her a badass character who's traditionally attractive and give her a few flirt options. If people respond positively to her, it means that they would be open to dwarf romances (outside of the few of us who are die-hard dwarf fans, of course).
I really would not be surprised to see Harding return as a companion and romance option in DA 4. She has a ton of potential and is very popular.

Lol you made an entire thread complaining about Cass and how her short hair was too 'manly' for you, hence wanting mods to fix it then tried to cite biology to justify your narrow-minded view of attractive women and are now trying to say "EVER MEN R SCARED OF TALL LADIES, NEED SHORT ONES 4 POWAR MAN FANTASY". But nah, I'm the ignorant one, yeah sure bruh.
What is the attraction to anyone? Personal preference bub, and also the fact people have asked since DAO for a dwarf romance, mainly because many people like the dwarves as characters and the fact we get a damn qunari before one as an obvious bias.

Agreed for the most part, although i think she will see one or both of those things in post game DLC content. rather then the next game, since it looks like DA:I lived up to it's desired sales, so we should get at least ME 2/3 and Orgins levels of DLC for this game,

As far as Harding goes, I'm kinda with the PA comic on that one. It's not the race issue as much as it is the power gap. On one side you've got the leader of the fastest-rising military and political power in Thedas, who also happens to be the greatest religious icon the land has seen in centuries. On the other side you have a military scout.
I'd be all for a dwarf romance though. Hell, if she's in the next game with a slightly less Jesus-like protag...
Or Varric. Love me, Varric.

Yeah a romance this small would just be a tiny blip on the radar.

Hey, some of us have been begging since Baldur's Gate 2. (OK, so I didn't have the internet then. I was begging in my heart.)

I'm a straight woman. I'd prefer that the dwarf romance be male, although at this point I cannot afford to be fussy and Harding and Dagna are both adorable.
Although, I am barely 5'4", so the idea of not having to stand on a box is pretty appealing to me.
