I was just wondering, is every romance partner available to dance with you at the end of Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts? I can't really imagine Solas or Sera slow dancing with you.
I've looked around on youtube and found videos of dances with Josie, Bull, Cullen, and Cassandra but none for any of the other romances.

Unsure. I romanced Cullen on the one I have gotten that far on and got a sweet moment. My daughter romanced Iron Bull and while there was no animated dance, it was implied that you do get to dance with him (I imagine that would have been a nightmare to try to animate since your inquisitor could be any gender/race with him). Haven't seen any of the others yet, but I imagine it's implied if you don't actually get to see it.

My first playthrough I romanced Josephine and she danced with me. Nice.
During my second playthrough, I didn't romance anyone and it ended up being Josephine that came out to talk with me and accept a dance with me.
Someone on the What I did in DAI today thread romanced Cassandra and she never went out to dance with the Inquisitor

Yeah, I got a F2B for the Bull dance, too. Sad, was looking forward to seeing 2 qunari tearing up the dance floor, and the horrified stares of the onlookers....

Every romance gets the dance scene. For Cassandra specifically, you have to ask her to dance when you first arrive in order to get the option to ask her at the end.

Qunari dance was normal, just like a human. Though I looked like Shrek dancing with Fiona. Never again.
Josephine danced with me even though I didn't romance her.
I was a femquisitor and romanched Josie. Damn how beautiful that dance scene was. The whole romance with Josie as a female was so cute and lovely, didn't feel like awkward even with 2 women.

Qunari and Dorian dance happens without any issues, as well. No fade to black.
It makes me think the fade to black is because of the potential size difference between Bull and a dwarf. He was originally going to be race-gated and Epler worked hard at the last minute to get the animations right so that dwarves could romance Bull too. I suspect that he just didn't have time for the Bull dance animations between him and a dwarf, so they scrapped all Bull dances to be fair. A qunari inquisitor wouldn't have that same issue, because his/her romance options can't be dwarves.

I must have messed something up in my attempt to romance Solas because he wanted nothing to do with my poor Dalish elf Inquisitor. I had a suspicion when the option to ask wasn't available at the start...but I played the full thing just to be sure but I really must have done something incorrectly because reloaded a Pre-Halamshiral save, blew through 'Here Lies the Abyss' and not a single heart option to be found between Solas and my Quizzie. I do know it exists though because in my disappointment at the two hours it takes me to run Halamshiral, I googled because I agreed that perhaps dancing at fancy parties wasn't exactly his thing...but it's out there.
Cullen was fine.
Dorian I was a bit concerned about because I had the opportunity to ask Cassandra and Dorian for a dance, but it worked out in the end.

Which is sad because my Qunari inquisitor got to dance with Cassandra but my elf didn't get to dance with Bull
