Yeah, I don't know if I have it in me to try that myself...I mean...that would be beyond harsh.  That would be so cruel.

I didn't even know you could blow him off in the final scene - I've always done the paragon interrupt. I'm not sure I'd want to see that - I'd feel like the most despicable person in the Universe.



Poor Garrus. He always comes across as a sweetheart - not to take away from his badass qualities, but he is very sensitive to your treatment of him. I always feel bad having to tell him off about something, like in the first game, but to do that to him? That would be heartbreaking just to watch...

There's an option to say "maybe we should just be friends," after he tries complimenting shepard on her hair and waist.  I can't even imagine the level of douchery required for someone to do such a thing beyond mere curiosity.  And even though I'm curious, I don't know if I would ever have it in me to do that to him.  I mean...especially when he's such a sweetheart about it and with how nervous he is since he just wants it to go right.

Wow, that video. You can taste how disappointed Garrus is once she lets him down. I'm also surprised that Jacob really doesn't react to him being an alien, just "the turian" tossed in there. I definitely expected a more... Ash-like reaction?

I'm curious about the last-minute breakup too, but there's no way I could do it. D; Unless there was a "just kidding!" option right afterwards, but I doubt it.

I doubt it, too. I just don't think I have the heart to do that. I mean...he's so sweet and sincere, and to just dump him like that, after all that...

Oh boy Garrus. I was worried when I first recruited him, I thought he was going to die. It's too bad his face got destroyed along with his eye or was it both eyes. Well enough about that, I'm so interested that I'm going to import my Female Shepard this weekend and I'm going to cheat on Kaidan just to romance Garrus. Too bad for Kaidan he's just not my female Shepard's type. Turians are cooler.

I've done it, the last-minute letdown. He tries to kind of play it off like he doesn't care, then he scratches his brow and you watch him walk away. So mean.

No, it just focuses in on it as he walks off. As if to show how much thought he'd put into it. Which makes it all the worse.

I of course had to do it the -right- way afterwards, to remind myself that my FemShep doesn't really say that to poor Garrus.

That's so sad! How could someone even do that to poor Garrus! Leading him on like that. Shameful. The good thing is that my FemShep would every even thinking of stringing him along, she loves him too much!

I was kind of hoping that by that point, if you chose the 'I want to stay friends' option, he'd just reassure her that he wanted more. Seriously, who builds an out into the -final- romance scene?

I'm an idiot for not figuring out I had to register my game before being able to post here. xD Anyways I got the Garrus scene too! I was kinda sad that it wasn't as long as the others but it had that moment of just touching ya...

My game was mean to me. At the end boss when the platforms were crumbling they made me think Garrus died /twice/. >=( I was super protective of him, keeping him in my squad all the time.
