I'm all with you :)
Except for a psychologist of all people I haven't felt a negative vibe from anybody here.
I count at least 6 FA people now, not including Yeoman Kelly and all Asari, hehe.

Negative vibe? Pffff....Being amazed by a idea of a romance with a dragon as I imagined it after DA playthrough is hardly condeming.

I didn't get a negative vibe from Pannamaslo, more of a confused vibe. She's perfectly within her rights to not find dragons attractive, she wasn't saying, "Eww, yiff in hell furries." Not everyone's going to understand anthro-loving, but you don't have to be hyper-defensive about it. Live and let live.

Thank U. Exactly what I meant.  Why so defensive some people are? Hell, during my clinical practice I met people so out of this world that FA is a harmless hobby. No big deal...

*Raising a hand re: furries* The phrase that matters here is 'consenting adults'. Talking up sweet sweet luvvin' in regards to fictional beings is fine, creating and wearing schmexy outfits (by whatever definition of schmexy) is fine. Psychiatrists say having a healthy fantasy life is good for us, as long as it doesn't bleed over to real life to a point of interfering with day to day function.

What I've noticed from vanilla folks is that most of them are only seriously skeeved out by the notion of non-consensual interaction, ie with children, real animals. Putting on a fur suit is largely seen as no different than putting on a bedroom-friendly cop uniform or French maid outfit.

Do I consider myself a furry? No, not really... but I thought Peloquin in "Nightbreed" was hawt. ...and I find Batman Garrus hawt. Is it the voice thing? Maybe it's the voice thing.

I don't think we'll see scars on Garrus when (not if) he returns to ME3. I feel as though he didn't want to put the mission at risk by undergoing reconstructive surgery, or maybe he was insecure about going under Mordin's knife. Either way, it looks as though the "plate" covering his face is a gigantic, molded, Turian colored band-aid, meant to cover the injury until more permanent fixes can be made.

Hmm... That gave me an idea.

Shepard: Garrus honey, you've had that stupid thing on for months now, your surgery is tomorrow. It needs to go.

Garrus: No!!!! I'm not ripping a mandible off for your enjoyment.

Shepard: It's just a band-aid, a very big one, but one nonetheless.

Garrus: You say that, but I've seen how you humans hesitate taking these damned things off. And let me remind you that this has held my face on for months now, God knows how it's bonded with my skin or what that crazy Salarian....

Shepard: For ****'s sake.... *rips*

Garrus: OOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!

*Mordin calls*

Shepard, heard Garrus, very painful. Don't tell me you tried forbidden position 33! Chaffing, least of your worries...

damn you, you made me choke on my coffee.... :D

It takes a strong person to resist a Turian's voice, especially combined with the levels of badass of Garrus.

That's right! We love everyone, even the people who didn't want to romance Garrus (the horror, I know!).

I love Garrus. He's got one of the best voices in the game.

But why, why WHY is the back of the Turian's armor and clothing shaped so funny? Humpback? Dinosaur like spine things? During the love seen I was hoping he'd take his shirt off just to see what the hell is going on under there.

TBH I don't think Garrus or Turians are attractive in a sexual sense. Not for me. But the character is so compelling and well-written, the whole idea of forbidden love is just very appealing. One of the best romances in games.

Because of this: masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Turian
More specifically, this:  images2.wikia.nocookie.net/masseffect/images/a/a5/Turian_without_armor.jpg (Pix or it didn't happen?)

I didn't see many Garrus related things on FA. Lots of snake people.

There are plenty of Garrus related things on Fur Affinity. I myself have a Turian account there and quite enjoy the atmosphere.

People in this thread of all places should be the least likely to condem a group of people who find love in things outside the human norm.

Some of this garrus stuff there is really funny.

As an apparent psychologist you should probably know that laughing at FA and the related subject matter doesn't befit your current job. I don't see what the point of mocking the choices of people on FA is when you've already comitted yourself to a Garrus love thread.. We love and support that which is different by default, perhaps we should lead by example and be more accepting of other people with similar 'weird' desires or wants, humm?

I meant comic joke I saw there about garrus during C-Sec job, especially text: "Someone build this in a way of my rocket launcher". Jeez. Why so defensive?:?

Von Verrikan, it seems that you're carrying a little tension.  Perhaps Garrus can help you out with that...  ;)

There you go with your hyper-defensiveness again. There is funny Garrus stuff on there, a few of the comics had me chuckling. You just assume she's laughing at the NSFW things. Take a deep breath and relax, you don't have to defend what you find appealing to anyone here.

There's been talk of Shep meeting Garrus's family, but if you play with a Spacer background I wonder if (at the least) you'll get an e-mail from your Shep's mother crying about how now she'll never get any grandbabies. ^.^

God i hope so, if he is still running around with that armor, he'll never leave the ship again.

Also, seriously guys relax, this is a thread is about Garrus and how we like the character. Kay?
