Ok, Ok, this is a big BIG topic change here, but I can't help myself. I was browsing through YTMND.com, looking at some of the old MacGyver stuff, and then suddenly... It came to me.
You can all thank me later.
Reminds me more of Mozart

*sigh* I am already so antsy waiting to see what they do with the LIs for ME3. Hopefully they will hear our cries for MOAR CONTENT and we will never have to hear the word "calibrations" again. I did read somewhere that they are supposedly going to "go crazy" with the plotlines and content in ME3 since they are not looking to do much tweaking with graphics/engine/techie stuff. So, I think we should just be telling ourselves they are holding out on us with Garrus' LI lines and scenes because they are saving the best for last!!!
Also re: my long posts about high school, sorry if I brought the mood down, it was not my intention to bring a pity party *is sheepish*, I guess Anastassia's story just conjured up a bunch of old memories. And hey maybe there are some people still in school who will read it and appreciate it. Plus sure wish I had known you could get ACLU at your back that easily, that's a great story! My school was "below the Mason-Dixon line" too so...I hear ya.
I'm pretty sure no one minds. If you can't vent about that kind of stuff on the Internet, what's left?
My love for the ACLU is second only to my love of Garrus. I've wanted to work for them since I learned of their existence through a highly awesome 7th grade civics teacher . . .
AND I LOVE MACGARRUS!!! I wonder if we could get a Garrus with a monocle instead of the digital eye-piece. (Sir Garrus?) ::has no photoshopping abilities::

I'm also hoping that they give us more Garrus missions, maybe Palaven since it was said that it was being considered for DLC or ME3. I'd just like to find out more about Garrus. We don't know much about his childhood, siblings or his home, except for the fact that it looks like Virmire.

But he's not reptilian, he's avian. I don't get why people call him a snake or a lizard, when he doesn't look reptilian to me at all.Tootles FTW wrote...
2) Cat-guy?! It's been mentioned before, but I just think it's funny that someone who has never seen a turian before would see a feline resemblance before a reptilian one.
... Actually, when I first played ME1, I affectionately called him the 'cat-bug' until I found out turians were avian-ish. ::clears throat::
Flaargman117, that is AWESOME. But I can't help but think that it should say 'Scoped'. xD
ROFL @ MacGarrus. Also at the MacGarrus theme song. Brilliant!
MacGarrus: Quick, I need a pair of tweezers, a bubblegum wrapper, and a roll of tape!
Shepard: Do you think you can disarm the bomb, MacGarrus?
MacGarrus: What? Dis-... No, I need it for my calibrations. There's a bomb??

Whatever you ladies do, don't buy any of those nasty candy hearts with the words on 'em. Gawd I can't believe anyone eats those.
You mean those aren't cute little bullets with sarcastic inscriptions? Great scott, I've been misusing them all these years? *Gasp*
Yeah, about what to give Garrus, I think everyone who has mentioned firearms and ordinance has it right, though I could see him being into books or whatever the turian version of a baby grand piano is. I know, not enough fingers, but I wonder what thier musical instruments are like, and I can picture Papa Vakarian insisting his son get some culture with music lessons that somehow really took.

Shephard: Wow MacGarrus! You didn't even know there was a bomb 10 seconds ago, and you disarmed it with a paper clip, a sandwich baggie, and a wad of silly puddy!
MacGarrus: Don't thank me, thank the balance of ionized gases present in this room's atmosphere

The thing that bothers me about the bandage is that it should be stained with blue on the edges. Turian blood isn't red, after all. Pretty sure the scarring on his neck should be a shade of blue, too. Oversight on the devs part I suppose?
I actually posted about this. Notice the metal parts of his armor are also ruddy in tint where he got hit - it's a metallic reaction to the heat and stress. Turian scales and plates are metallic. The bandages themselves just seem ... slightly grungy. Like Garrus hasn't had time to change them recently (bad, bad turian).

rofl! I think though that if MacGarrus really needed to disarm a bomb, he'd just use his omni-tool. xDSavageLycan wrote...

I wonder if MacGarrus shares MacGyver's hatred of firearms...
MacGarrus: SCOPED AND DROPPED! Thank you, improvised non-lethal pipe gun!

What are everyone's plans for tonight?
I'm going out for sushi and stupid amounts of alcohol with my guy. Nothing says romance like having to take a cab home, but I'm being smart about it this year. Sensible shoes!
Staying in, watching a friend's infant (I promised her I would not take "A Modest Proposal" to heart - apparently that's what parents look for in a sitter these days) so she and her new beau can go out. First date she's been on in a couple years.
Tomorrow, husband and I will do something for us.
Yay sensible shoes and cabs!

Hell yeah I am, especially if they belong to Garrus. And I love Thane's 'fish eyes' as well
Sorry if you're jealous since human males will never have those eyes. I guess it escaped you Turians are fictional, pixelated aliens.
