Right here
Sorry for the poor quality. I had to handcam. =[
(The quality should equalize out eventually. I JUST uploaded it)
I'm going to record the Paragon ending for the quest too.

Ah, the hazards of having a hand-cam.

edited: How many of you actually romanced Kaidan and imported that char? I have only 1 playtrough unfortunately, so attached to that char. I want Garrus but I will feel so bad about cheating on Kaidan. I am not that kinda of girl. I think it will be really difficult for us in ME3. Never liked Kaidan but I was like...oh hell let's see how that romance will look like hoped that he will be in ME2 and was bored you see and in same time for first time when I saw Garrus in Citadel I wanted him but in that time it seemed to me so impossible that bioware will make him LI in any way...Anyone feel in same way like I do?

@Xalena: I never romanced Kaidan. Didn't romance anyone, actually, since I was dead-set on romancing Garrus and then was set on hoping for a romance in ME2.

...And I also have to agree with everyone saying how much more badass he is this time. He also sounds as though he's a bit more... enthusiastic about fighting, judging by half the stuff he yells.
The fact that he's always yelling is what makes me laugh. I don't remember him being THAT boisterous and adorable. He's all:
YAY, CARGNAGE!
Lol, his in battle dialog is most awesome ever. I loved it. He's so into it - really makes the whole experience that much more satisfying. Nothing like Garrus announcing to the world how much he loves his rifle. His charisma is infectious,
I'm seriously impressed with what's been done for Garrus' character in ME2. He was always my favorite in the first game, but now he's just incredible. And I liked the way they handled the romance aspect too - better than I'd dared hope. It was very charming and meaningful the way they did it, and Garrus' dialog is hilarious - in a good way. Just makes me like his character even more.
Here's to hoping that ME3 does the Garrus romance justice, and that we get him back in the party,

Here's to hoping that ME3 does the Garrus romance justice, and that we get him back in the party,. The fact that he's like you're old standby partner really adds something to the whole thing. He's with you through thick and thin. That's the kind of foundation a strong relationship would be built off anyway . It's meant to be all the way!
Yeah, exactly. He's one of the few I can see reasonably coming back as a squadmate in ME3. He has no real ties and he's one of the most loyal squadmates. I really hope BW doesn't write him out somehow but instead lets him continue to be a squadmate and significant character in ME3. And definitely to deepen the relationship and to evolve it, whether it's a romantic relationship or a deep friendship. Funny...a turian is more loyal to Commander Shepard, a human, than her ME1 human compatriots.
Also, a sidenote to everyone: I'm compiling Garrus' lines as well as an ME3 wishlist involving Garrus/turians, so if you have any suggestions please post them! I'll update the OP accordingly.

I'm trying to write a semi-adaptation fan fic of this mission and it's really difficult because it seems like they're breaking up (FemShep/Garrus) but they're kinda not. =(

I'm going to try and re-record the Paragon end of his loyalty quest again. Hopefully this time sans snorting dogs. >X] I really do think the paragon ending is the most satisfying of all of them.

Since when do I need to PM to ask my work be taken down? To quote your friend, there is no such 'rule'.

It causes less drama that way. And that's all I have to say about that.

Oh, get over yourself. I left groups to get away from "drama", and I never joined this one that is linking my fic in the first place. Me asking nicely for my work removed isn't drama. You coming in here and dictating to me what I can can't say on a forum because of a personal grudge is drama.
What I should done is deleted the story. And so I have. See now? Painless.

It's not that I didn't want it read, it's that I didn't want it linked by any groups I am not associated with. For obvious reasons. Hate me if you like, troll me in front of your groupies, but fact is, the group owner should respect my wishes and take it down. That's the real point of courtesy.
Go back to your group. I'm not turning this into something personal. As I have resolved the issue myself, consider this my last post. Heading back to the hub now, later.

EDIT: Please leave the combativeness at the thread door. While I may not understand why an author would not want others to more easily find, read and enjoy their works, that is again their prerogative. Has nothing to do with being associated with a group or not, since no claim of association was made. Thank you.

So...anyway...back to Garrus. XD
I'm still looking for suggestions for ME3 as well as his lines (things like battle lines or dialogue of particular interest) to add to the OP.

If not, put that down for one of my wishlist requests.
1) Need more reations to interspecies romance (and of course an option to tell bigots to stuff it): Personally I would love that pushy reporter Al-jilani to try and interview Shepard about her relationship with Garrus. Bonus moment of funny if he's in your squad at the time.
2) Bring Garrus back as a squadmate: I'd be heartbroken if he was relegated to being an NPC in ME3, I want him to be by my side when we finally take down the reapers.
3) Meeting with Papa Vakarian: I'm sure someone has mentioned this before, but I'm just adding my support for the idea. A "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" kind of thing would be equal parts adorable, awkward, and hilarious, which is Garrus' specialty. I'm really looking forward to using my paragon!shep's silver tongue to argue the old guy into submission, since Garrus hints in ME1 that he'd be less than thrilled with having a spectre as his son's companion.
4) Last but not least is my (obvious) wish for the continuation of this romance, which still seems a bit too good to be true.
