When I saw Dr. Michel's e-mail I thought she had a thing for him too.



I can't imagine Garrus having any serious past relationships. Maybe when he was much younger, like a teenager, but not anything recent. He seemed like the kind of guy who was obsessed with his job (and let's face it, he was). Even Dr. Michel said he was so focused on his "crusades" that he excluded everything else from his life.



Hell, he even mentions that Shepard is his only real friend. As sad as it sounds, I don't even think he had a lot of buddies in C-Sec, much less a girlfriend. I'm sure he formed friendships with his team on Omega, but...we all know how that turned out.

By the way I just visited Kaiden Fallenko(ups) thread and some girl came up with interesting idea. (this is for people who cheated Kaiden with Garrus, like me for example)...
Kate Hudson...I mean damn,Casey Hudson said I think that; these people who romanced LIs from ME will have reunion in ME3 like in that last movie of Indiana Jones. I didn't watch it but thing is that woman gets pregnant and they marry. Now...imagine that...Shepard is pregnant in ME3 with Kaiden )))) *going to replay ME1 and Virmire Kaiden*...

No actually I fail <_< not possible... 2 years...eh

When I got Dr. Michel's message I wasn't even sure I could romance Garrus - I felt pretty positive that I could, but I stayed away from all the boards so that I could find out in-game without spoilers.



So when I got her message I was like, "What the heck?! She's already making the moves on Garrus before I even get a chance to?!" I was pretty much 100% positive he had to be an LI after that. No offense to Dr. Michel, but she's out of luck - Garrus is Shepard's and Shepard's alone...heh heh heh.



Wait a minute...how can you be pregnant when you essentially died and were brought back to life? I don't think that works, unless there's going to be some between game rolling in the hay, which just wouldn't seem right if the respective players don't get in on it - not to mention the difficulties with having potentially romanced someone else in ME2.



I fully expect there to be a meeting of some kind though.

Sounds not possible but...I mean sounds totally impossible yes, what the hell was to me but...Lazarus project made her body alive by making things inside of her alive again?...If Lazarus project sucesfully made alive that thing in her belly start to groow continuosly..But ok I am babbling..would be funny to see Shepard pregnant running in Mass effect 3...haha xD but I am quite bad with game timeline I guess she discovers it in the middle of game or something...*shrugs* ok...impossible...that would be mad uber mythological twist...I have big imagination lol

Interesting. Maybe he was referring to the wedding rather than the pregnancy? Both of those seem unlikely, but Shepard getting pregnant is pretty much impossible. She died, her body was just "meat and tubes" as Jacob put it. Even in the ME universe, bringing back her baby too would just be ridiculous.



And if Ashley or Liara were pregnant because of the ME1 romance, the baby would have been born already.

Honestly, I hope they don't have a wedding for any of the LIs. Happy ending? Yes. A blurb about them being together forever? Sure. An actual in-game wedding? Killmenow.

Shepard is a soldier! She's got wrongs to right and butts to kick, she doesn't have time for some frilly ceremony! I'd prefer something more about Garrus becoming a Spectre and the two becoming the galaxy's fabled dynamic duo, getting huge monuments to their badassery and cleaning up the galaxy's muck long after they've taken care of the Reaper threat; a symbol of courage, honor and most of all, galactic unity, long after they've grown old together.

... You know, or something.

I'm definitely with you on this one. After having played with Shepard through two games of badassery (and by the end of ME3, 3 games), all decked out in armor, taking names, etc...a wedding ceremony would feel really awkward, for me at any rate. I like Shepard as the warrior she is, and even though warriors still have weddings, it would make me happy just to watch her and Garrus ride off into the sunset together with a promise that they remained together till the end of their days.

My first impression after reading Dr. Michel's message was that she wanted to jump his bones bad, seriously. It even became a joke around the house between me and my  mom (she likes to watch me play). As to whether or not Garrus has had any serious relationships before, it certainly doesn't seem like it. Then again, they don't really tell us a lot about Garrus' past either. 

Just want to comment that your mom is cool. My mother used to watch me play video games back in the day; but back then there was no ESRB and "M" rated titles existed


Today, she just rolls her eyes and asks if i got the hottest title that came out (she just phoned me about MAss Effect) . she's out of the loop, but she pays attention to what's out there.
