That picture is old though, its from ME1's concept art.  I think Turians probably look more muscular now. That's why we need to see a naked Turian in ME3's romance scene. Otherwise we will never know how muscular and how big their collar bones are without armor or clothing.

Exactly. *nods* For the good of science, we must see a naked/half naked Garrus.  For scientific study.  Yeah.

Mmmm?

Yes, please~!

The only reason Garrus Vakarian never takes his armor off, is because the entire female population of the galaxy would kill themselves rather than let him put it back on.

Anybody up for a look into what could have been?

I don't know what makes me laugh more, Ashley's voice or Garrus's nose-twitching. He's like a damn rabbit.

Controlling squaddies like KOTOR would have been awesome, though.

Yes. For science. I love science. What with all its...sciencey goodness.

But it doesn't matter. They can have their fun, but as far as I'm concerned Kaidan is very dead.

I'll love Garrus no matter what his anatomy is, because he's Garrus and Garrus is the shiz nizzy.

I don't know how Bioware pulled it off, but for me, the whole Kaiden romance felt like a booty call, even though it was intented to be deeper. Then here comes Garrus, being all like "yeah, let's blow off steam together", and it was SO endearing and sweet and I'm very attached to that character now.

Kaiden can go to hell, he threw a hissy fit when I saw him again in ME2 and acted all judgemental and wouldn't listen to a word I said. If he thinks he can just apologize in an email, he's SO wrong. If he wanted me to forgive him, he should have fought the Collectors. I hope Garrus gets to do to Kaiden what he did to Harkin in ME3. o.O

Right on.
I don't really feel any reservations about "cheating" on Kaidan. I felt like there was enough closure there, even with his survivor's guilt lash-out on Horizon that didn't leave Shepard with a lot of words in edgewise. I just hope they don't automatically count it as infidelity in ME3 and make you out to be some kind of harlot...as far as I'm concerned, that relationship was over. Hell I even had the option to tell my crew as such ("We're still friends. Barely.")

Aahahahaha..DANGIT ASHLEY STOP YELLING AT ME.
Wait..is that...Tommy Pickles?! O_O
Good thing they changed the voice actor. Good luck trying to romance that and not feel SO TERRIBLY WRONG.

Garrus' nose twitching! As you cute as it is, if it had stayed I would have lost any and all attraction to Garrus. I would not be able to take him seriously. Probably. No...I'm starting to think I'd develop a fetish for it...
It's weird hearing Brandon Keener's voice come out of a bare-faced Turian. Dang, I really like that orange armor, though.

Kaidan was so butthurt, whining like a little sissy-wuss, like he's the only one who had a hard time. Being promoted and alive is so tough. I mean, I can't even imagine what he's been through. He was asking for it so I replayed ME1 and had to send him sleep with the fishes at the bottom of the ocean in pieces. But then I got stuck with Ashley and her xenophobia.
These two act like they weren't even with you fighting Saren and the geth. They're so clueless of what they've been through, no wonder the collectors left them behind. What would they gain from them? An emo-human-reaper thing.
I felt so betrayed...it wouldn't have surprised me if they told me I was delusional and everything was in my imagination...and insulted.

Personally, I hate Kaidan as much as the next gal, but let's try not to get too anti in here. That's one thing we have over some of the others, Garrus' thread is all about the looooove.

I cheated on him too, he practically dumps Shepard in Horizon. Garrus didn't do that, he stayed loyal no matter the circumstances. Plus I'm already human, it's much more interesting to see what an alien relationship is like.

Well we saw what he did to Harkin. Plus Harkin looked so small next to him. I'm pretty sure Garrus could take down Shepard or at least give him a good fight.

Speaking of, did anyone else get a kick out of the way he just -picked- Harkin up like that without any effort? Wow.

FemShep: I am both horrified and kind of turned on by your display of brutality, Garrus. It's very confusing.

Exactly same reaction. Am I the only one getting the idea that for foreplay, Garrus and Shepard might have talked about killing mercs?

Garrus: So, I used a concussive shot on the Krogan in front, and he literally flew backwards into the two guys behind him. All three were stunned, so I took them out before they could even stand back up.
Shepard: Oh, baby, I love it when you talk dirty.

:P Even better than his heat sink innuendos!!

You know, one thing I like about Garrus is he's so about sticking up for your beliefs and not following orders just to follow orders, which means that he really does agree with Shepard and/or respect Shepard so much that he's willing to do things his/her way, it's not just the turian in him (or in the case of the others, the soldier in them) coming through. That's why it means more to me than when say, Jacob or Ashley follows your orders. It's not 'I'll follow you because I have to', it's 'alright Shepard, I believe you're right'.

I think it also has something to do with Shepard coming back into his life. He started losing himself again when Shepard died. He quit his work at C-Sec again and went off to Omega. He also lost his team, maybe seeing Shepard again gave him hope. At least this time he got to do something right by helping take down the Collectors, in fact it's two things right if Shepard is a female.

I'm pretty sure they could stick in a cutscene of Garrus eating breakfast or reading a book or something, and we'd all gush over it.

In fact, I now refer to it as "calibrating" whenever I use a calculator in math class.

I didn't find it hot since I'm a guy. I did find it satisfying, I'm 100% paragon and all but that guy got what he deserved. There can't be anyone who's more of an ass than Harkin. Headbutt at the end was great. I kind of wanted to let Garrus shoot his leg but I think that was way too much though. Garrus doesn't need to start going back to that sort of thing.

:PSure we'd gush over it, but there's a difference between "Aw, he's reading, how cute!" (...it would be...) and the disturbing, conflicting feelings that are going through my head during that Harkin cutscene.:bandit:

I'm sure the ladies would have a different reaction to Garrus reading a book, then they would to Garrus, stripped to his waist, covered in machine oil and sweat, working on the Normandy's main gun with his bare hands, finishing by giving the camera an arched brow and a wink.

*sits back and waits for the gushing*
