I'm a completionist but if none of these quests ever stop/end then I'm gonna ignore them. Do they stop at some point? Because I can do them if they do.
So do requisitions ever run out?

Doesn't look like it. There are a few different ones in each map and then they just repeat. It's a way to farm power and influence I guess, but it's not really worth it.
