All I have left to get to become a Rift Mage are the three Venatori Tomes that are exceedingly impossible to find in the Exalted Plains. Nobody is dropping them. So, can someone please tell how to get these impossible Tomes? Thank you.

The first is south of the Dalish camp, the second is on the riverbank just south of the burning village, and the third is past Ghilan'nain's Grove. You need to do a war table mission to get access to the grove. When you have made camp there, go further and take the left path at the rift there.

 

You will encounter a bunch of Venatori at each location, and the mages drop the tomes.

I think you're able to collect some tomes in the Western Aproach aswell
