I am trying to do a quest to pick up a certain companion but I can't find the Storm Coast on the map? What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to do a quest to pick up a certain companion but I can't find the Storm Coast on the map? What am I doing wrong?
You need to go to the war table and unlock the Storm Coast zone first. The Storm Coast is located north from Haven on your map. You unlock it by selecting to send Leliana's agents there to establish an initial camp. Once the war table operation is complete, you'll be able to travel there.
