Will we able to edit our respective imported Inquisition worldstates in the Keep? If I wanted to, for example, change who I sided with from the mages/templars in my playthrough, do I have to make a custom worldstate in the Keep with the desired decision or can I simply edit the imported worldstate that I played?

When you go the the world state section of the Keep. (left side menu) and scroll over there will be a section called playthrough states. Those are the copies of the world states you exported and have all the data from your games. (your original copy won't)

You can place those into the editable world state section (will take up one of your ten slots) and then edit those with whatever choices you want. I believe you'll also be able to edit the original world states as well but this saves you the time needed to look through every choice.

I meant editing the exported Inquisition worldstate decisions, not the worldstates imported into Inquisition. As far as I know the devs plan to add Inquisition choices into the tapestry and your playthrough does get uploaded online, I was wondering if the exported Inquisition playthrough (with all the decisions in Inquisition) will be editable in the Keep and not only when making an entirely new worldstate that includes all 3 games.

I expect this will be possible eventually. I don't see why not.

Editing playthrough states? Probably will happen, but I don't  think it will any effect on Inquisition(and future Inquisition DLC) if you copy them over into editable state and then export it into Inquisition. Also won't the game just overwrite any changes you made in the playthrough state in the keep if you are currently playing that playthrough or accidentally loaded the wrong save?

That's exactly what I mean by the playthrough state, you will be able to edit this once the inquisition part of the Keep is up but you'll need to copy it to the editable state section and it will take up one of your ten slots, this can't be edited separately since the orginal copy of the playthrough state will remain in the playthrough section.
