A: I'm a perfectionist and I only join teams with all 3 classes and everyone is at proper level with nice weapon. Everyone should be useful after all.
B: Whatever team. only 3 persons? fine. All rogues? fine. Level 1 in threatening? fine. We kill, and if we die, so be it.
C: A group of darkspawn that I can hold off for two days. 
People who are competent in class combos.
People who can understand the basics of the concept "Teamwork".
I would be completely happy with not having douche-bags that run ahead of everyone, too elitist to help open loot vases, and then get themselves killed while screaming why the team wasnt there to back them up.

me personally i love a team that all have mic, and can be good players but choose to have fun.
Like some games i play to win and want to have a good team comp.
but most of the time i play for the trolls and lols, all lvl1 on threatening or all the same class on perilous just to see how we do.
annnd what i hate is when you join a lobby with all a bunch of solo players who wouldnt know how to revive you because they are 3 rooms ahead.

Of course, this is barring extreme circumstances. Good example from ME3 being a level 11 turian ghost with an avenger X and no armor piercing upgrades trying to get some plat games in. Heck no, I dont have 3 hours to watch you try to kill one brute.

I don't care about levels, classes or equipment. Just as long they know how to play, I'm fine.

Yea i've had that happen before as well. If i'm on my ranger or assassin, I usually take out the stalker first.
Is there an Elementalist in the group?
If no, switch to my Elementalist.
Good to go.
C) I want one of everything so we can get as much treasure as possible, so that the people in my team without good gear have a chance to GET some. While I'd PREFER everyone hold their weight (And FFS please stay out of Perilous if your gear is so basic that it makes killing anything in Routine a chore) everyone starts somewhere.
