got on mass effect 2 main menu, logged in with pass code, worked fine. got off game to load in DLC. after loading in dlc i get back on the game and it asks for my cerburus network code again so i type it in and it says already used. ????????????????????????????????? WHAT DO I DO?????

I can't find a direct customer service to bioware. I see another thread with more posts. I have that one tagged to see if they give a solution.

Kasumimi...what are you talking about. You have to buy the game to even get a Cerberus code........spread your stupidity somewhere else.



Is it asking for the code or your log in...cause I noticed it didn't ask me to log in on initial load up and that might be the issue....check again maybe?

well it asked me for my cerburus code first and said i already typed it in, so i went to options and checked it so it would ask me to login each time. i got out of the game, got back in and it asked me to login so i did, then asked for code again and said i already typed it in again so still stuck

You must have accidentally typed it in on the wrong account. Simply change the account you're using in-game to the one you entered the code into online, and you should be fine.

enter the cerberus code when ask on the game.. and words will scroll on the left side of screen.. and then it will automatically ask you to download the normandy crash site which is free through microsoft

nope used same email only have this one account associated with mass effect 2 got all my dlc on this account and typed in code on this account

I have the game, but I am afraid to even attempt inputting in code after seeing so many people have problems afterwards. I think I may wait to play game until later in the day to see if they square everything away. Sucks =/

I am running into the same issue.



I entered the Card code into the website instead of the game, and when the download prompt occured it showed the CE armor set.



Maybe the codes on the CE got messed up and are doing the CE armor instead?
