okay i think i see where i fouled up. did somthing stupid. didnt register game with this account before i typed in cerburus code and all of my dlc. so im guessing i am royally screwed

What I think happend to mine was i had an account, tried to use the same screename, after multiple failed attempts I changed it....tried logging in with both...same result.

I have my EA account linked to an xbox live gamertag that I dont use anymore, and it will not let me add my new gamertag as a Persona.

Weird...so some ppl are getting armor with the Cerberus code......I only got the Crash Site mission. The only armor I've gotten is through the Dragon Age code...the Pre-Order Terminus gear code process is only working here on the website (for those of you that don't know, you're supposed to type the pre-order code in on this website even if you're running on 360 per the instructions on the card.............which makes absolutely no sense to me. Mainly because it also says download on here and that's obviously not going to do me any good.)

Oh and to cover this before someone says anything...no they didn't give me a PC specific code.......as a matter of fact it has Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE logos on it so it should only be for 360 I think. Even though it's supposed to work for PC users also........this whole thing is more complicated then needs be. <_<

the reason they want you to use a dvd to play, might be anti-piracy.... else you could just install it on multiple computers just log on once and then cut off internet connection when you wanna play ME2,

You need a live internet connection to play....at least that's how the first one was....just one of the reasons I gave it away

If you can't link Bioware e-mail to gamertag...change gamertag e-mail to Bioware e-mail that you linked code to...........it's that simple ppl.

If you were simple enough to download the .exe on here and you're running 360.......well you're **** out of luck and you only have your lack of common sense to blame.

If it's not working for another reason.......well Bioware might smile upon you.........keyword here is might.

Hey ALERT. Keep these at the top of the discussion. Bioware needs to know about this problem. If it is EA, then they need to tell EA....though I don't trust EA as much as the good fellows at Bioware.

you would think that they would be quicker about this. I wonder if they are just all celebrating the not so successful launch and kicking back easy while we get frustrated. Sorry, that is not fair. The game is GREAT, but this crap with the Cerberus network is really being handled terribly.

Sorry...meant to say Bioware e-mail......for some reason it won't let me edit that out. Lol funny thing is that I don't see how anyone is having problems with this one. I downloaded this one no problem...the one I had problems with at first was the Terminus Gear...too many steps to complete that I'll tell you. <_<

I also entered the Cerberus Network card numbers and got an option to download the collectors armor... again. Got to love these awesome EA day 1 issues. Pirates wont have these issues...

my cerberus card key gave me access to the collectors armor and rifle, now I cant login to cerberus with pc coll edition.

Same problem. All my other DLC works, but after I entered my cerberus code on the site, it didn't unlock. Then when I try again, it says it's in use.

I hope all of you that put the code in on this website are PC users....cause if you aren't then that's your problem right there I believe.

This is VERY LIKELY a screw-up with the retailers sending out the wrong codes.

Just chiming in that I have the same problem. I inputted all the promotion codes in the social website and I registered the game before hand. The Cerberus code which is on the classy Cerberus card was inputted and I got myself the CE armour as well. I went into the game and tried inputting the Cerberus code when asked and it says that the key is in use. So I am in the same boat.



My version of ME2 is CE, retail pack for the PC.

I am having the same kinda issue, I have a digital version I bought from direct2drive geeze I would say over a year ago now maybe in anycase I just came back to the game after upgrading my machine. I changed my email address, but I still have access to my old one. In anycase the email address I input does not have access to all my old DLC & now I am stuck on the input Cerburus code or buy it & can't get out of it to log into my old email address... any ideas?
