OK...... Thankfully, I thought to check thoroughly that my gamertag was linked before attempting to redeem my 3 ME2 codes (cerberus, CE armor, pre-order armor) so I wouldn't waste it. My problem, however, is I don't believe this social account is linked to the EA account I have that my gamertag is linked to. I was hoping I could just log in to that EA account (which I only used once when I created it back in November for NCAA 10). When I tried to log in there, however, I can't remember my id apparently. I remember the email address I used (which I also haven't used since I created it solely for the purpose of linking my gamertag to EA account). However, everytime I ask them to send me an email reminder for my password it says they sent it just fine. Lo and behold, I have yet to receive that automated email reminder and it's been over an hour. I've checked 5 times that it's the same exact email address I am logging into and that EA says they're sending the password to but I get nothing. Not even anything caught in the spam folder.


Why in the bloody *expletive* couldn't they just give us straight xbox live redemption codes like every other freaking game does? No.... instead we have to have three separate accounts that all magically link together regardless of the fact that one of the three can't tell you if it's linked or not. I swear.... I hate EA sooooooo much. They destroy everything I love in gaming and offer so little in return themselves.

me too. this is so complicated. it's obviously they just wnated you to create an ea account.

can u help me with the patch when i open mass effect 2 its says failed to authenticate the disk please insert the correct disk and try again

HOw ever i have another problem the patch worked but i download DLC and install play and no armors anywere what to do pls help
