My laptop is quite good at handling any other modern game at high-ultra setings with 50+ fps average and still struggles at lowest possible settings and 40% resolutionAfter my 50+ hour game play with less than 15 fps average, I finaly found out what the problem was... It was unreasonable CPU usage, which is over the 5 times the in-game charts maximum graph.

I would realy appriciate if some insight to what the problem might be or how I can check what the problem might be provided.

Your laptop is not unique in this. My SLI never even gets warm, except on occasion when DAI becomes unstable and usually crashes. I don't know where this is covered, but it is a known issue that resource management is faulty and causes a lot of issues for all.  There are several bugs in quest logic that cause "garbage" to burden the script editor and I don't fully understand how this causes so much processor power, but it seems to be some recursive search issue gone haywire.  The controls "confusion" for lack of a better term, may also be linked as situations occur where the system is bogged down scanning hardware and this causes some odd behavior.

So the game has issues not you or your laptop
