Legion as tech expert for the ventilation shafts, only died at end because I forgot to upgrade his stupid sniper rifle. Samara led team 2, obvious choice, ridiculously wise and strong leader. Grunt took survivors back, no casualties. Tali and Zaeed with me on Reaper fight, no casualties. None on the approach either because ship was fully upgraded. So one sniper rifle upgrade ruined my achievement, time to fix it with another playthrough haha.

Hm... That's funny, I didn't have any weapon upgrades for a specific character(although I did have a lot of other general upgrades...) and everyone survived.

So... After dealing with the Reapers, I choose to keep playing, finishing all unfinished missions, and exploring all systems and planets. Than we sit tight and wait for ME3 or are there other things to do?
( I know I can replay it with a differend character and descisions, but is choosing to contineu going to end in a galaxy where all things to do are done, and cruising around is al there is left?)
