So,Basically I go along playing and get my ass handed to me in this rift,I head back and Ignore it for a good while,when I come back ready to own it,I realize something....It wont open/proc anymore,so now Im just wondering how to fix this

 

I was hoping someone could point me to a fix,be it a console command or some messing with files

Have you tried saving and reloading?
