its cool and all that you craft armours that change your appearance slightly...
BUT after playing some storyline i wish that the MP side of the game had a deeper customisation like wouldn't it be cool if you could choose what armour you wear and how you look a bit more then the default? or at least have a other tier of armours that are hard to get so you stand out when you play with a bunch of random as the gasp at how you look!
even with weapons.. i think you should be able to craft a whole weapon in MP not just the handles and blades, just like Single player, better materials better weapons.
probably just talking to myself here but if anyone feels the same way, comment/like this post and hopefully Bioware will try and improve it..
More Customisation ?

I find it kind of baffling that there is a whole sub thread dedicated to customisation in a mode where there is virtually none.
Oh well, here's hoping ME 4's MP comes along and blows our minds with insane character creation in both SP and MP with the ability to pimp out our weapons and all that.

I think that's what the gamers want, to be in full control of the customisation. Make your player look as bad ads as you want!
That's my understanding. Just about any of the people I befriend online want the choice to do this kind of thing, but when I look around on here I see a lot of indifference towards the idea, which confuses me. Why would you want LESS options? LESS choice? IDK people are weird.

I think Bioware is trying to say, is that these are very similar to companions (from DA2 especially). They have a look and try to stay that way. I don't disagree but it makes each class more distinctively different in art. Sure, I'd love to craft my own stuff and choose colors/options and weapons too. I think at least being able to pick colors via crafting components like SP would help.
This isn't you (ie a nobody like the Herald). This is someone else (again, closer to companion).

I understand they wanted to make them like SP companions, but I feel they fall very short. They don't interact properly, they say one line, then respond with one line that deserves it's own response. They don't converse. Not to mention the amount that lines are repeated. So I just find it all annoying, and would pick a silent character of my own creation any day over these.

Even when trying to make them more simillar to companions what they could ve done is the next:
- You can create the character however you want but respecting the following points:
1. You can´t change the gender or the race
2. The skill tree is unique for that character (just like it is now).
That way the keeper would still be a female elf. Damn you could even lock some customizations to keep the character on a certain style (you cant change the keeper tattoo, thats her thing (?)), I don't know. Use your imagination BioWare!
This way you still have the chance to play a character that feels unique for you while keeping that companion like feel (wich purpose is defeated because you can join a game with repeated characters -having the option to take 1 of each only would be nice, with an xp bonus maybe? -).

just some hair and preset face options would be great, i dont like the HK or AW hairstyles and the Assassin looks like the Agent 47.
Oh and more armor variations, some classes like the reaver get 4 different advanced armor looks whereas others just 4 colour changes

I would like the option of putting a mustache on my assassin. You could add the mask that she keeps blabbering about and doesn't even have but that'd be way less cool. ![]()
