The Storyteller in Redcliffe village talks about Alisatair ruling all Ferelden yet I have my DA Keep world state loaded in which Alistair was killed.

Are you sure you exported it? Check what DA:O worldstate your playthrough is running on (put it into editable states)

Yes, it's running the correct world state on that save game, the one that corresponds to the tapestry where Alistair died.

Apparently I was confused. That explains the new face tattoos. It was pretty late when I got to that part and I was a bit fuzzy. Nice to know the screw up was on my end and not the games.
