So I'm kinda stuck looking for Briala at the winter palace. Can anyone give me a location? This is to talk to her AFTER the Servant Quarters fight.

Also is it possible to collect all of the Caprice Coins without being a rogue given there are a few locked doors in the palace?

She's on one of the balconies, I think the left one.  A rogue in your part can unlock the doors, other then that I don't think so
