I am just curious what people want to see from future DLC for this game? It’s pretty safe to say that Bioware will support DAI with post game content like they did the other two Dragon Age games so I want to know what people want Bioware to explore in the DLC.

What races do you want to see more of? What areas do you want to see?

For me I am hoping for some post game content that takes place after the games end. I am usually impartial to when the DLC can be played but I think with the way DAI is built without scaling enemies it would be hard to add mid game DLC without breaking the rest of the game. I reached level twenty five in the main game without any issues what so ever. Any future DLC would have to raise the level cap of the game which would risk making main story missions way too easy because characters levels will be too high. I think making post content will help alleviate that problem.

As far as the storylines for the DLC I think I would like some story driven content that takes place outside the breach storyline. The game talks a lot about how the Inquisition is being built to last. It has a future outside the breach and dealing with demons. I want to see that in action. What does the inquisition do when its main goal is accomplished? What new threats will it face? These ideas sound exciting and any chance to spend more time with followers would be appreciated.

I also hope that the DLC is fairly long and should obviously have new areas to explore. I think any future DLC storylines should unfold on new and fairly big maps. That will help make the world feel bigger and give players new things to explore. I would gladly pay more for each add on as long as the content is big enough to warrant an increased price. Of course each DLC would also add new armor and weapon schematics and the like.

Thoughts?

A proper Awakening-style expansion...something related to Solas...and (idea usually gets grumbles but...) perhaps something related to the Warden's little quest. What I'm hoping for, anyway.

I'd love it if DA got a DLC similar to what Mass Effect got through the Citadel DLC. It was shamelessly cheesy and fan servicey, but that was the point. In addition to an interesting story, a challenging boss fight,  it was just goofy fun. It was an extra way to have your protagonist and his/her friends spend time together as 'real people' and forge memories that didn't have to do with impending doom.

Citadel also came with an awesome mini-game that is yours to play forever. Idk what a DA:I mini-game would look like, but a good one would add alot of value to a DLC.

I'd like to see a DLC that takes us to Denerim and more parts of Val Royeaux, dealing with more of the political fall out from the Inquisition's actions and just seeing some more cities. I'd like to see the Grand Cathedral and the Imperial Palace.

I'd like them to do a lot more with power and the war table. More keeps to capture, attacks on our keeps we have to defend against. Things like that.

Oh, one more thing.

I'd like a special DLC, Leliana's Song style, where we leave the Inquisitor and take over as the Warden or Warden Commander on their quest to end the Calling and maybe deal with that mess going on in Wiesshaupt while we're at it. I'd be fully wiling to go back to silent protagonist for this DLC, myself.

If they are going for a DA:A type expansion, they are going to have to be very careful as to how to implement it, since you can continue playing after the main quest is over in the core game. If the expansion were to lock you out from these areas, I would guess some people might be upset.

I'd prefer a Dragonborn type expansion from Skyrim, which either can be done at any time uring play, or only unlocks after the main quest is over, but leaves the old areas fully available.

Everything that everything has said up above sounds good to me - (also a date in Val Royeaux or something because my LI really owes me one at this point).

DLC that explains what the hell was up with that cliffhanger. I want to be able to make Solas tell me what's going on, because my poor Inquisitor knows even less than I do. I hope this is done via a full expansion because I'm not sure how they could do it justice otherwise. Sequential DLCs?

This sounds good.

I'd like to have a DLC dealing with the Avvar/Chasind, or one dealing with the Fade. Some extra romantic content couldn't hurt as well. Oh, and one dealing with Varric and the Carta where we can tell him to break it off with Bianca. He could do so much better...

A DLC that addresses the Solas bit and continues the inqusitor's story line (like awakening) , a DLC that has nothing to do with what was mentioned in game (like MoTA, it could hint at something next game) I'm thinking an event in Antiva or Nevaria and a DLC that clearly sets up the next game like Witch Hunt and Legacy did. Maybe something to do with Tevinter or Seheron.

Yes!!! Can we please get more story on Solas??? Or perhaps Flemeth? I'd like to also see some DLC on the Hawke/warden disappearance after Weisshaupt went dark. Or more on Morrigan and perhaps an older Keiran maybe- oooh maybe them fleeing Flemeth? Or maybe some origin quests for your inquisitor? Oh, AND A FREE DLC of better hairstyles. That would greatly be appreciated.

I'd hope for something related to Solas and absolutely a fan service DLC, connecting Hawke/Warden/Inquisitior and their romances. I'm not typically very engrossed by in game romances but something with the Warden-Morrign-Kieran as a family, the most unconventional nuclear family ever. Morrigan and Hawke romanced Isabela meeting up again and Morrigan reminding them of the time Isabela tried to get the Warden into bed/have a 3 way. Anything like that, getting to see Cassandras entire collection of smutty romance novels.

Citadel DLC was probably my favourite game DLC something like that.

Well I don't know how many DLCs they plan on doing, but I hope a lot since Inquisition was how long in the development process? Anyway, the world is too beautiful to have just only a few DLCs. I hope the first one has to do with the Inquisitor obviously, and expand on the Inquisition's reach across Thedas as the fearful organization the game summarized it to be. I mean hearing that the organization that I've invested 85+ hrs is one thing, but to actually see the effects is another.

I'm hoping for at least three story-based DLC. Not adverse to more, of course, but three seems a good minimum. Obviously, there'd be a Solas folow-up, trying to track him down or something, perhaps? Sure, shades of Witch Hunt (like mentioned above, 'Wolf Hunt' would probably be appropriate under the circumstances), but given that ending, you can't tell me that the story around Solas is in any way complete.

But before that (because it'd probably be one of the last ones put out), I'm hoping for a 'history of Skyhold' kind of thing. Solas led them to that forgotten fortress for a reason, surely there's more to its story. There's a lot of forgotten history of it, surely the Inquisition should be exmining its place of operation's past.

I'd also like something that allows us to visit more locations from previous games. Sure, we went to Redcliffe in the game, but there's so much more to Ferelden than just Redcliffe - Denerim, Ostagar, Ozrammar, Highever, Amaranthine, even dipping into the Free Marches and seeing Kirkwall, any or all of these would be good places to go to in the course of a DLC or two.

Oooh, I'd love something like this. I hope it takes place before the ending, though, so Solas can have a role in it.
