Tevinter would be fun. My main thing about DLC is that I want it to take place with the companions and be detailed, not a slapdash affair. IE. Just imagine what Return To Ostegar could have been with more dialogue, real cutscenes and some proper choices--about story not gear. it could have been gut-wrenchingly sad instead of merely poignant. One place that DA2 improved on Origins was the DLC (Not including the dlc that was produced before release, which was awesome)

While I immensely enjoyed New Vegas' individual DLC, I hated the fact that they all completely lacked interactivity with the main world. The world never even commented on you having gone on these adventures (except Veronica commenting on Elijah) and that left me with kind kind of a hollow feeling.
So there's room for improvement.

I don't want a small side story DLC, I hope it's something like Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening. The game engine is still good, the gameplay is great and there is much more potential to this game. So a cool expansion with new skills would be awesome.

Personally, aside from the obvious Awakening style and/or Wolf Hunt type dlcs, I'd be interested in a prequel story like Leliana's Song focusing on Bull and his Chargers. Also, something focusing on the potential civil war amongst the Wardens.

In regards to a Solas dlc, while I agree it needs to happen, I think it needs a better catalyst than Witch Hunt had.
My inquisitor, frankly, has no motive to hunt down Solas. He respected Solas, but the man was free to leave any time he wanted. So there would need to be something to spurn that search.

I think it's going to revolve around the anchor. Multiple people have said that it's a "key", but to what, we don't yet know. It's connected to Solas's god orb thing, which he felt he needed to open at all costs. That's a pretty big Chekhov's Gun there. Hell, he even says, "it seems you hold the key to our salvation" when you first meet him and use the mark to close a rift. It's like he enjoys speaking in double meanings.
Did you look at Solas Eye when the orb was shattered it was like his life was destroyed. I bet he will want revenge against the Inquisitor.
Except he immediately says "it's not your fault" afterwards and looks more devastated than angry.

This also works in-game in that we don't have to keep going back to Haven/Skyhold to cash in assignments and perks.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I love Skyhold, and spending hours just roaming the place and talking to everyone is something I really enjoy... but my inquisitor is out in the field, killing dragons and demons and closing rifts. She should be able to delegate tasks to her three very capable generals, right?
Truth is, I'm at work right now, and it's quiet and I'm bored, and I'd love to be able to progress war table things until I can sit down at my PC and fire up the game again.
EDIT: I wasn't kidding about wanting Cole's hat, though

DLC I would want
-Something involving the Chargers more specifically involving Krem
-Something involving our love interest like their past or more date's and dialogue
-Something story wise were we either gain a new powerful alley or organization or etc
-New mounts[come onnnn add those wyverns] and weapons or skyhold attire
-Another powerful boss battle

I think a DLC saving whoever you left behind in the fade will be a thing, at the very least I expect them to survive. Mainly because they "died" of screen, and if you hover over the option it says "X will likely die" not that they will die.
As for other potential DLC, Warden Civil war seems like a possibility, although I could also see it just being a backdrop for DA4, BW has been quite keen on having some additional conflict going on in the background while you deal with the main threat. I suppose it's meant to make the player feel more competent, and additionally adds a bit of drama.
More likely though we'll see DLC unrelated to stuff in the epilogue.

Can't really get all that excited about saving Stroud, though. The person you left behind might feature in a possible DLC about the Wardens.

The first DLC, will be ten dollars and called "hats for Isabela," you never actually get to see Isabela
… The hats are there though, on her head, lots of them, stacked on top of each other. For an extra two dollars you get a template for head cannon. You can imagine that Isabela gets a hawk headed parrot from well... Later, after a drunken snafu (which happens, either, after reciving a crestfallen letter from Varric, or if the parrot beats Isabela at a game of wicked grace) Isabela and the parrot both come to an understanding, and the parrot gets its own (fit to scale) dreadnought. Called the Hawkenaught...

I agree with a lot of what has been said.
I doubt we will get a full on expansion because it would be hard to implement. I do think we will get some nice size DLC packs though. They will probably add new areas and storylines. I do hope we get to see some more politics as I felt the main game was lacking. I would also like to see more of Denerim and Val Royeaux.
More then anything I just want post content DLC that carries the story forward. Inquisition itself felt more like a beginning then a complete game. It would be nice to help chart the future for the Inquisition and to get more info on the anchor and all the elven lore introduced in this game. Since the game can be continued after the main storyline ends anyway, post continent could give us a reason to keep playing after the main story ends.

The best dlc would be able to move your stronghold or maybe rebuild a stronghold in a different area like the Fallow Mire which you can rebuild and maybe root out the undead infestations.

I'm hoping for at least three story-based DLC. Not adverse to more, of course, but three seems a good minimum. Obviously, there'd be a Solas folow-up, trying to track him down or something, perhaps? Sure, shades of Witch Hunt (like mentioned above, 'Wolf Hunt' would probably be appropriate under the circumstances), but given that ending, you can't tell me that the story around Solas is in any way complete.
But before that (because it'd probably be one of the last ones put out), I'm hoping for a 'history of Skyhold' kind of thing. Solas led them to that forgotten fortress for a reason, surely there's more to its story. There's a lot of forgotten history of it, surely the Inquisition should be exmining its place of operation's past.
I'd also like something that allows us to visit more locations from previous games. Sure, we went to Redcliffe in the game, but there's so much more to Ferelden than just Redcliffe - Denerim, Ostagar, Ozrammar, Highever, Amaranthine, even dipping into the Free Marches and seeing Kirkwall, any or all of these would be good places to go to in the course of a DLC or two.
This sounds great to me. I was really bummed that we were supposed to be building this important political and military strength that was centered in Orlais and Ferelden but we did not even visit Denerim, Ferelden's capital, to talk politics. Seemed like a missed opportunity. I would not mind going to Ostagar or The Free Marches either.
On a different note, would anyone be adverse to having connected DLC. I really think that Inquisition is in a great position to add post game stories and I hope Bioware take advantage of that. If they do not plan on doing a big expansion maybe they can do a series of smaller, connected DLC. This way they actually have time to build up a new threat and have some epic story moments. I do hope that we get to focus some more on politics in future games. I also hope that we get to have some really epic moments that I felt were missing from the main game. For example a battle at Skyhold were we get to command all our companions in a big battle or some kind of conflict were I get to use the alliances and the armies I have built. Post content DLC will also give us a way to see some consequences for choices we made in Inquisitions campaign. There was more consequences associated with past games then I gave Bioware credit for but the consequence and impact for choices we made in this game were severely lacking. I would not mind having a three part DLC that tells a connected story and that ties into the main campaign for Inquisition as long as each DLC tried to do its own things as well and give us new areas to explore.

Because of the way that Solas is presented in the epilogue, I don't think we'll see him as a DLC. The whole thing with Flemeth and the collecting of gods is too much for a DLC. It's presented the way the Reapers were presented in ME2 - like "OH ****!" it's the starting point for the next game.
I can probably see some DLC with the Wardens especially the Hero of Fereldan who was literally just missing an appearance since now we know where she/he is and what they're up to. The Calling WAS referenced several times.

I want to go on an adventure with Sutherland's party. Maybe one where you help them build up their own castle or whatever it is they said they were going to do after you finish that quest line. They seemed like a fun bunch.

A Warden DLC, where you play as the Warden as similiar to Leliana's Song, to search for the cure to the Calling.
What's up with people thinking of this Grey Wardens Civil War DLC? Riordan said there are only about 1000 Wardens in Weisshaupt and dozens or few hundreds in each nation. Orlesian Wardens is probably in the low dozens after Adamant and Ferelden Wardens are also probably in the low dozens. So a Civil War with like 1000-1500 Grey Wardens fighting each others? Doesn't sound exciting. Something IS going on in Weisshaupt, but I don't think it's a Civil War, intelligent Darkspawns maybe.

Something involving Solas post game for sure. It's the one piece of DLC that's pretty much needed. If BioWare chose to make Solas a non romance option, i'd say it could be something that can be finished with another character in the future, but because he's a romance option, it's only fair that the Inquisitor finish this story.
And I do say could be done, but even then if they chose to make him a LI, it should still be Inquisitor business.
And something that takes place during the game, a few missions here or there that can be done back to back or throughout the game. I really liked Leviathan for Mass Effect 3 in the way that I can stretch it out during the course of the game. Something like that in Inquisition will be awesome.
Also additional LI content never hurts anyone.
