I came across this in the hinterlands early on. I grabbed all of it but now I'm needing it for potion upgrades and of course I can't find it. I've checked the guide. I know this is one of the places but it doesn't say if I can just buy it somewhere. I scouted witchwood and crossroads which is where I grabbed at bunch when I first got here. Anyone know the best place to get this? Thanks!
