I got no problems in getting the quest, but after I fight first few guys in Caer Oswin, more specifically, just after I find a guy, can't remember his name, the loading screen appears (black, with the green glowing symbol) at the same time a dialogue appears but I can't access to it no matter what I do. I had to restart my console. I've tried it several times with the same result. Any advice? Thanks!
