Ok, so, I register an account, 1sauber1, and use the incorrect EA account to link it to, then I go ahead and make THIS account, register my cerberus code correctly, everything's fine and dandy.
Then, I redeem my terminus code, it CLEARLY shows that the email is of this account, I go to check my redeemed stuff, and it only shows the day-1 DLC stuff, not the terminus pack, I panic, and find out it's redeemed to the 1sauber1 account, is there anyway a bioware rep or someone on the EA live chat could transfer the code for me, or unredeem it?
I'm really upset about this, I redeemed everything correctly, both times it was showing the email of this account, but redeemed the terminus armor to the other one, and I've had the damn game for a good two and a half hours now and I haven't played, not a single minute.
Could maybe a bioware person respond to this and help me out?
And yes, I am 100% sure that this was a site glitch, not user error, maybe it was redeeming to the other account but displaying this one's email, I don't know, all I know is that I had everything perfectly set up and now I'm up **** creek with no terminus armor OR gameplay after planning everything out a day in advance.
Terminus code redeemed to wrong account

What in the ****.
When I was referring to "this account", I mean this account.
If a bioware person could sort this all out, that would be great.
I really do respect bioware enough that if I can't get this sorted out, Ill either buy a code off a scalper or live without it rather than downloading a crack or something.
Also, I WOULD merely find a way to switch the accounts being used, but
I've already registered the cerberus code to THIS account, meaning I
can either have cerberus or terminus armor.
Maybe it would be better to have the cerberus code moved over to the other account with the terminus armor registered?
Bioware really should implement a confirmation system that BOLDLY displays the email and profile name of the account you're about to register something to.

I'm trying to get on EA live chat to see if they can sort this out, but I'd very much like to speak with a Bioware person now, I had all this planned out and now all the wonderment of playing ME2 10 minutes after it's released is ruined for me because bioware's abomination of a website has screwed me over.

There's no goddamn EA support reps, I've sat here for an hour only to get my request cancelled because there's no agents.
I'm angry as hell, and I NEED to speak with someone from bioware AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Wow...I'm glad to hear I am not the only one being taunted by the ME2 game that I can't play yet. I mistakenly entered my cerberus code on the Bioware website to my current e-mail address and then, when it prompts me to enter the cerberus code in-game, it gives me an error saying that the code has already been used.
I tried deleting my Bioware account, but the codes were linked to the EA account I was forced to create, and there is apparently no way to delete an EA account once it has been created.
If anyone finds a solution to this dilemma, or if someone gets a hold of Bioware or EA Support, please post!

Oh, I was apparently unobservant and didn't realize this was PC. Same problem as 1sauber1, but for 360. The instructions say to register online, redeem codes online, etc. Maybe I shouldn't have followed the instructions =/.

Please?
Has nobody had this issue?
My night was supposed to be perfect, redeem the DLC codes, install ME2, play until I fall asleep in my chair, but no, ****ing bioware has this ****ty system, and now I can't ****ing do anything and goddamn I am ****ing UPSET about this, I need some help right now, and I'm annoyed that neither bioware OR EA have any support guys up now, and I'm just
There are no words.
I respect bioware, I'm not going to steal the DLC, but that respect is dwindling.

agreed, my rant about how bioware is one of the last decent companies out there is rapidly sounding empty. their silence on this issue is equally troubling, to me meaning 1 of 3 things.
1 their all to drunk from celebrating the amazing reviews
2 they have no say in it and ea is dragging its feet
3 they dont know how to fix it
i find 1 to be just rude, 2 to be likely and 3 relatively unlikely. the problem was that you had to make an account to even see that you had to use the same email to get the promotions. so those of us who have work, home and spam emails got screwed because we have different emails for everything. once again bioware, you need to address this NOW and for those of us who respect you company enough to have bought the game that sooooooooooooo many will steal and mod and hack and crack, you should make this right.

This is something that EA support has to resolve, they can transfer the content from one account to another. Now that the initial Mass Effect 2 rush has died down its probably easier to get a response.

Same happened with me. Why can't they associate PC game DLs separately from 360 DLs.
