HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY CEREBREUS REGISTERED MY GMAIL EMAIL WHILE MY DRAGON AGE USED MY YAHOO EMAIL. SO I CAN'T USE THE BLOOD DRAGON ARMOR. THIS SUCKS.

i was really happy with bioware before but this is very unfair. I deactivated my gmail account in the hope I can reuse the code to my yahoo account now the Cerebreus redeem code is plain gone (it says the redeem code is already used).
The only difference between my yahoo and gmail account is @yahoo and @gmail (and _ to .)
If Bioware really is a customer company, please help me. What is EA's support email!

Emailed Techsupport, and they fixed everything.
