I'm trying to find the crafting stations for upgrading weapons & armor, as there were in Haven. All I'm finding in the Undercroft are crafting stations for making gear, not for upgrading. Is there someplace else I'm supposed to do this at?
Are there Upgrade Crafting Stations in Skyhold?

The upgrades are crafted in the same places as weapons or armor. To attach them to the armor or weapons go to the anvils in the middle of the room. One will let you upgrade armor, and the other weapons.
