Title, pretty much. I just picked up the Knight Enchanter specialization, and I'm not seeing the same unkillability that everyone else is. While I'm not actually wanting to make myself unkillable, it occurs to me that if I'm not seeing the same results everyone else is, then it's probably because my damage is under par. This doesn't surprise me; I'm still having to use Tier 1 mats when crafting, so while I'm using Tier 2 schematics, the results are weaker because of lower quality materials. Where would be good locations to find Tier 2 materials to make better gear? Preferably without having to use Inquisition perks or gold.
