Is the Weapon of Tyrdda Bright-Axe meant to take almost 80000 hours? Not an exaggeration.

I activated the Locate Weapon of Tyrdda Bright-Axe operation with Secrets and should have taken about 24 hours - which I figured, fair enough if it's a kicking weapon. Checking up on its progress approximately several story missions and a razing of Haven down the line and the time remaining now reads as 79177:42:56. Furthermore, the second counter isn't moving at all, so this has clearly frozen. Any help would be appreciated as it has also locked me out of using Secrets for anything else, which is troubling. I don't have any saves left from back before I activated the operation due to the save limit. I have been following the Warden investigation chain of story missions, having just finished up in the Western Approach if that means anything.

Nope, You have a bug. For me the resolution is one. Save game, shut down console ( if You play on console), turn on console, get internet connection, start a game , log in into game account, load save game...It will repair timer. I have it very often, when Im playing DA:I offline mode

That seems to have done the trick, thanks! It also instantly completed the other operations, which I thought was very nice of it.

For anyone who doesn't have online access - I was also experiencing this; the clock would count down as long as I was playing but reset after I turned the console off.

I am not good at keeping up with my time/date settings when I'm not hooked into the Internet so my Xbox was set on default to 2005. I saw this post about he clock reset, so on the off chance it might work, I saved my game, did not shut down the console, went back to the Xbox menu, set my console to the actual date, and started the game, opened my game file and the quest completed.

I had no issue waiting for the 24 hours, obviously I am going to spend the time on the game, but I can't play 24 hours straight! Ha ha!
