In case you want to find the schematic for Master frost rune:
In Sahrnia Quarry, head west until you find a path through a narrow gorge. This should lead you to a point just south of Suledin Keep. Look for an entrance flanked by two pillars. Follow the cave all the way to the end, light the veilfire and head back to the cave.
Listen for the "bling" sound and find the "examine" prompt. There, you'll find the schematic for master frost rune.
