Question for those who have a high CP and N7 rating.

99% of them leave as fast as possible after the game, sometimes during.
Is this a "high CP/N7 matters" butthurt or is it just unbearable to play with me for reasons unknown?
I'm a good team player, always do objectives and revive etc but after sooo long I am beginning to wonder. Just thinking out loud as they say...

I play with many players with much higher n7 cp and out score them by 200% usually. They don't quit.
You probably just have really bad host with 24kb dial up.

So did a guy from New Zealand who hosted a game the other night, but I still lagged so bad, I was getting dropped every 10 seconds, and my warp would just fly right through the enemy. Plus we played on Goddess, where the frame rate is already ****** terribad.

You both could be right but probably not. I think it's that they are embarrassed. I truly think those scores mean something to most people, especially if you are the one who has high CP/N7.

I don't think I even know (or care) what "high CP and N7" mean, anymore.
The only thing I know is that beyond a certain point, they mean very little about how a player plays.

Most times I get into a match with a high CP or N7 player ( usually excluding BSNrs ) I outshine them. Notably with a decent kit, like the GI Claymore.

Quite the understatement there, OP.

I don't mean to say I outscore FQEs all the time with the TGI or anything like that.

May be they weren't having fun.
May be they had more imp stuff to do, and had time for only one game.
May be you preset to a faction or map they don't like.
N7 and CP are pretty meaningless, for the most part.
I can think of several reasons.
If you're having fun, it shouldn't matter.

Cato, not when its "against" another good kit. Which it usually is.
I don't mean to say I outscore FQEs all the time with the TGI or anything like that.
It's a fantastic kit, what the other players are using doesn't change that.

Epeen? Lol @ GI Claymore? Think you can do better?
I actually can as a matter of fact....
To answer your question honestly, I played with you once with your "GI Claymore", and you came off as....how can I put it politely, "a bit of a score-******". Didn't really do you much good though.
That's probably the reason everyone leaves after playing with you once.

Minnesota here, with high end Xfinity directly plugged into the modem and only the Xbox is using it.

No matter how good your connection is, if someone joins your game from Australia they might not have a lot of fun.

Chances are it has nothing to do with you. Hope that doesn't deflate your epeen.

Played once, cemented opinion. Glad it was once.
Play like a jackass once and I'd fully expect you to do the same the next time. Most people would react the same way.
How can you even be a score-*****? Did I take your kills?
Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool. As if you could.
And no, you cant Jackie. Probably not even now.
No I can't what exactly?

Rank counts for very little in terms of skill, or indeed the multitude of reasons why players come and go from lobbies.
That said, people usually react to it in one of two ways - either recognise that they have someone with experience in their team and follow that player's lead, or see it as a challenge and try to outscore the Big Dawg. I don't mind the latter except during objective waves, and have been known to just quit as a result of it.
As I've said many times, I don't care about score, especially in a game where good play may on occasions be defined as not killing anything for 4 out of 11 waves.
