Sometimes people just bounce around from PUG to PUG depending on how they mesh with the players/kits or maybe they are pugging while waiting for a friend to get online and leave when they get an invite. I'm sure there are some that leave because they get outscored but I don't think you can point to one thing and say "all high N7/CP leave my games because XXX."
Although it is probably all your fault.

To answer your question honestly, I played with you once with your "GI Claymore", and you came off as....how can I put it politely, "a bit of a score-******". Didn't really do you much good though.
That's probably the reason everyone leaves after playing with you once.

i leave after most every game but usually it's to go cry into my sack of carrots that i eat from when i am sad because despite having over 100k cP I'm still at the bottom of every scoreboard with my talon gi, i must flee the lobby because of my intense shame over not being good at this video game despite 1100 hours of grinding

I agree Geek but what is with the one match wonders? All the lower CP/N7s stick around, exchange GG mesages etc...
I couldn't say. I've never noticed any similar pattern on the high or moderate N7 CP end.
As far as the low end ranked players go, I would assume it would be noticeable that they stick around more. That's likely because, if you're playing Gold or higher, they're taking advantage of a high success rate that comes with having an experienced player around. I know I did.

Just because it isn't what you wanted to hear doesn't mean it isn't a better answer. It's the truth.
People leave lobbies after playing with you for a reason, and it has nothing to do with "outshining" players.
Heroic as an example is a player that "outshines" pretty much everyone, but I'd still play with him (Not really. I hate you Heroic). You, not so much.
