First off, I live in the US, CST time zone.

In the email I got from EA directly, it said that at 1200 on January 26th I would be able to play this game.
When I go to activate it, I get a message saying the release check failed.
I cannot play the game, I purchased, when I am supposed to be able to, while people who didnt purchase the game, have been playing it for a week already.

What can I do to fix this issue? I would like to be able to play the game I purchased.

FYI: It is now 1:40 am CST. An hour and fourty minutes later than when I was supposed to be able to play.

If EA is counting time per PST .. then you can't until 2am CST...



and 1200 is 12pm on january 26th not midnight which is 0:00 in 24 hour time.
