I had one user name JobuuRumdrinker with one email address which was able to post about 2 times. Then it stopped working. I chatted with EA support who told me to make a new username/email... which I did (Baracca). I still cannot post.
For example - on this page

the top right says "You cannot start a new topic"
If I click on a message, I get this "You cannot reply to this topic"
It seems this is the only place I can post.

If you want to post in the dragon age forums your account has to be linked to your origin, thus you'll be able to post there.
There's also a guide Volus warlord some whatever his name is that can tell you how to tie games to your account.
