Has anyone else had the Varric mission: "An upgrade for Bianca" or "A gift for Biannca" war table quest just continually flashing the 'in progress' icon with no timer present?
I have had that quest on my war table since Haven, and I am now pushing into Emprise de Lion (I am saving the 2 story locations for last), and I have yet to see any progress; let alone mission timer; for that quest to appear. I am unable to select an advisor for the task, even though it can see the mission brief is directed at Lelianna.
Am I missing something here? Does the mission finish when I reach a certain story hook (Just a yes or no, I am trying to avoid spoilers)?
