Found 2 revenants total so far during the game. And I've cleared hissing wastes, fallow mire, hinterlands, storm coast, western approach.
How are you supposed to find six of them? Any place you can farm or buy them or is this an oversight from the devs?
How to farm Revenant hearts?

Find a rift that spawns one, and run away to reset the rift after looting the revenant.
