3 maps i can live with. My frustration is the glitchiness
Also, i'd love the random chance to get a dragon in 5/5 instead of the default boss for that faction. It'd be a nice change of pace, and heck of a lot of fun with a group of friends. A bonus would be a higher loot drop probability from the dragon.

The main thing BioWare could do to get me more invested in the MP is to fix the general glitchiness of it.

Boss: Archdemon Spawn (Archedemon equivalent of a dragonling, a.k.a. baby archdemon)
New Map: Deep Roads
Rooms:
Forgotten passages
Caves
Lava tubes
Darkspawn camps
Dwarven thaig
New playable Characters:
Grey Warden Archer - bow rogue
Grey Warden Soldier - 2h or sword and shield warrior
Grey Warden Mage - Bloodmage
New mechanic: Enemy spawn on pot break:
Each time a pot is destroyed there is a 2% chance to trigger an RNG roll to spawn one of the following:
Platinum Nug: Same as a golden nug, 25% more gold from loot compared to golden. RNG Chance: 40%
Bear: Spawns a bear on level with enemies based on difficulty. No loot. Attacks group. RNG chance: 50%
Druffulo: Spawn an aggressive druffulo on level with boss-difficulty enemies. 90% chance to drop a rare item, 10% chance to drop a unique. RNG chance: 10%.

Seeing a dragon on chance at the end of a map would be bloody awesome and challenging. It would add a 'risk' factor to people that have a constant routine to completing certain modes.

After you have a full group running back-to-back games you get into the swing of it and it becomes ridiculously easy

This, and removing "features" like forced-on voice chat and in-game kick vote.
Also, add a reputation system where you can give people positive marks or block them to not be matchmade with them again.

I would really like to see better armor dropped as loot. I really don't mind many of the glitches in MP, but the idea of enemies damage output going up in higher difficulties and not having armor that provides notable increases in protection to somewhat keep up with the increased damage taken kind of bothers me.
It would also be cool to have a couple different commander types for each enemy faction that you could face at random for the final zone. For instance, Red Templars could have a commander that's wields a sword and shield instead of a great sword. The Venatori could have a stalker as one of two possible commanders. Then take your pick between Rage or Pride as a different possible commander for the Demons. I only suggest this to add a little bit more randomness to MP.

Vote kick already exists. Just bring up everyone's banners (for me it's V), click then and vote kick.
I assume it's on the consoles somehow as well.
