Hi guys,

I'm looking for a build which could instant kill basic enemies in perilous difficulty using "Twin Fangs" (kind of easy with Hidden blades but 28sec of cooldown...)

I have these passives:

"Knife in the shadows" (automatically crits when attacking from stealth)

"I was never here" (allows you to use stealth after killing an enemy)

"First Blood"

"Ambush" (50% armor penetration)

My two daggers are 112 and 110 damage.

But it doesn't work...

I wanted to know if I should pick cunning's bonus or dexterity's one. Here is probably my issue.
I used to play with dexterity.

Any idea ?

(I am talking of a stealth attack from behind, ofc)

It's basically gear related... You need about 300 more dps on your daggers

Get armor penetration passives and critical damage bonuses. And forget about perilous, threatening is much easier and only lose ~20% gold.

Dex is definitely better than cunning for this purpose cus it increases both attack and crit dmg while cunning increases crit chance and ranged def.

But yeah, it's just your daggers. I got lucky and got two blades of red birth, 146 damage/439 dps. No trouble oneshotting with these ^^

I have these passives too. So maybe I just need better weapons...

About the 20% gold, you're sure ?

Step 1. Use Stealth

Step 2. Flank attack with Shadow Strike/Deathblow for your 250-345%+ bonus damage and your instant critical.

Step 3. Repeat above steps with no cooldowns (except for SS)

People on this forum seem to think that every class does it's own thing fine but that's far from the truth. From my experience with the Assassin it works best with large AoE classes that can drop most of the room to 50% hp relatively fast. This allows for deathblow to instant kill and have no cooldown in the process. I cringe when I see Assassins attack an archer from cloak just to restealth and wait on their cooldowns.

Your daggers should not be AoE because you will almost never want to use your basic attack and you want as much 1v1 DPS as possible. Flanking damage, critical damage, and attack should be your primary focus.
