I'm dong this quest and it tells me to go to the war room but when I go to it, it doesn't show on the table did I do something wrong or what?

What does your quest log say? You go to the war room to bring 3 trainers to Sky Hold, in your case reaver, champion and templar. After that you talk to each trainer and they tell you which materials you need for their specific class. All you need to do is gather the material and use the requisition table to craft the item needed for desired class quest. When you have the item talk to the trainer again and the spec will be unlocked.

Only thing that shows right now is the empire and wicked quest and the hissing wastes. Does the reaver quest under a different name quest.

Mate, in your journal, are you on "Specialists for the Inquisitor" quest or "Way of the Reaver" quest? Which one is it?

You need to go to the war room and find the mission that brings the specialists to Skyhold. It has no timer so it's instant.
