Hi,
i just cant loot him his corpse is somewhere out of the Map under the Stairs. Does anyone know how to get the Items? Because its pretty frustrating since the fight lasted 27min(playing solo NM) and i surely dont want to restart!

I have the same problem , i was on the stair case when the rest of my party finished off Kaltenzahn and then he drops his skull head underneath the stairs, when you search you can see head but you can't loot it. Please can you fix this in the next patch. Thanks.

I found a work around , i loaded my save before killing Kaltenzahn and used a trainer with infinite health and quickly killed the dragon and then collected my loot, i then disabled the trainer again as i don't believe in cheating lol.

And it worked , i killed the dragon in less than 20 min lol.
