So I bought Dragon Age Inquisition yesterday and i have played it for 19 hours.

 

All of that time was devoted to a little bit of the main story, combined with Haven while the rest has been left to the Hinterlands. I have hopefully completed most of the tasks there with the exception of the Dragon, Search Witchwood for the Apostate stronghold. 

 

But i have left the Hinterlands with a level of 6. So this begs the questions, are all the areas in the game fleshed out with side quests as the Hinterlands? Or no?

Most Areas I've come across are like 80% as big as the Hinterlands. Depending on what difficulty you are playing, you may need to level up to 8. Have you done "in your heart shall burn"?

Hinterlands is one of the bigger areas.  Most are a little smaller than that.  I think they put it first to show off how expansive the maps could be.

 

I just left Hinterlands with my second character last night and I was level 8.  There are still a few minor things that I have to do there, but I was ready to move on.
