I have upgrades to Bianca and how do I get them on?  I mean, I'm fail at  armor/weapon crafting and modifying anyway, but the most important is Bianca.

Go to the Modify Weapons station, then use the Change Character control to change to Varric. You'll then find Bianca in the list. From there, you can add upgrades as normal. Just be warned that Bianca has unique upgrades; the standard Bow upgrades won't work for her.

Thanks!  I know Bianca is unique, I met her in DA2

This is the location of probably the best Bianca upgrade in the game. Hopefully it's a static drop.

Honestly I don't remember, but I know, that I had that much earlier than the Arbor Wilds, since I cleared every area before I progressed further into the story and I didn't craft it.

I think a war table operation that has to do with Varric rewards Bianca Arms V but I'm not sure.I am however sure that it exists since I have it in one of my playthroughs.

Don't know why you need to do this.  Took me ten minutes to figure out where everyone's weapons were.
