I started the quest.
Got book from Iron Bull (although the quest didn't update).
Killed two Reavers in Crestwood, one down south near the dragon and one in the area that used to be flooded.
In East Side Hills by a shack I found some Hoghwaymen, killed them, but no reaver. I went away to another map, did a couple of quests, got back, nothing to kill by the shack and I can't find anyone in the East Side Hills.
Anything I am missing?
