I looked through the DAI guide but I can't finish the rouge specilization quest. Where are the assasin tokens. I know they are in crestwood but I can't find them

For Crestwood you're looking for guild leaders to kill. They're in the East Side Hills, The Flats, and the Black Fens.

yeah but where. I looked all over. Are they in a cave or need to be found at a different time?

From what I recall, there is a dwarf over by the Flats, and then another leader over by where the quarry is (also near the dragon there). The one I had trouble finding was the woman guild leader, and she is in East Side Hills, along the lake. People described it for me at the time as the little dock by the lake, which I found... but then realized later there were two docks at that lake. So once you find the lake in East Side hills, make a full circle around it. Hope that helps!

I don't remember exactly where. I just wandered those areas and looked for bandits.
