Okay, so after unlocking all of the map areas, flirting with Harding at every change given, and foregoing a romance. Harding confronted me at Skyhold, asked what I meant by flirting with her, I said I was interested in her and she offered to have a drink with me.
Well now Harding greets me romantically everytime we talk (although it stops if I lock in a romance). But nothing else happens. Was more planned with Harding during dev time or something? The whole thing seems really unfinished.

It's just weird that the game actually recognizes that your in a relationship with her, (again she has romance exclusive greetings, that end if you hook up with someone else) but that nothing actually happens,
