I can tell you this much.
Nobody is going to play Torment for anything other than its writing.
Ehhh I'd say I did, the infinity engine was good with a lot of things IMO.
Of course I also played Blizzard games for their story, DA:O for it's gameplay mechanics, JRPGs for their gameplay, FPS for their story, and a whole host of other such things.. so.. I think I'm just an outlier.

I'm gonna play the hell out of Metal Gear Online 3. Seriously, I never got to play 1 or 2 enough. And No Man's Sky. I'm afraid to buy into the hype, but I can't help but hope with all my heart and soul with wide eyes that it's completely legit. And the main developer that always talks about the game seems like a really nice guy who really cares about what he's doing. I mean, this is an indie dev team. They don't get to screw up and get big dollars from companies to try again. This is their life. They'll probably take it completely seriously.
Honestly, I'm most excited for MGSV, because I love the series to death, but No Man's Sky seems like something that I'm going to waste so much of my life on.
