Cerberus Network screw-ups across the board-
People following the instructions on the card can't access CN on their 360.
My roommate jumped the gun, and used the code on his profile, now I can't access CN on the same 360 system.

So how about throwing us a bone and make Cerberus Network FREE for a few days.  It would be a lot easier than passing out new codes and such, and I can't imagine there being many used copies floating around just yet.

It's just the sensible thing to do, as the current method of accessing Cerberus Network is inexcusably flawed.

Please respond, we're all very bewildered and becoming less and less happy.

I can't even connect to the cerberus network to even attempt to enter the code wrong. This is very frustrating. I just want to play my game with the content I was promised to have at launch.... and the content for preordering..... and the content for paying extra money for the CE....

The cerberus codes are irrepairable once used. The pre-order armor is a one shot chance with improper instructions. And the save import system is terribly flawed. How strange for BioWare and even EA to just say "Midnight release? What could go wrong, pfft, time for bed." And abandon a fanbase.

Is this why I can't download Zaeed for my 360?

There's a plethora of problems and they seem mostly to all be arisen from the poor support of the game. There are several posts on what and why, but yes, I've seen Zaeed being an issue for downloading as well. Sorry Chuck.

I can't even add my Xbox Live Gamertag to my EA Account. It says the gamertag has been taken. Try another one. I redeemed my codes for ME2 but they will not show up on the Cerberus Network screen. So if I can't add my gamertag or find the DLC, what do I do? Come on BioWare....

I agree. I can't download Zaeed and followed the instructions on the card for the Terminus armor only to realise that I used my code for the pc version. I'm very disapointed in Bioware right now. They're probably pounding drinks celebrating the release. I wish I was doing something as fun as that, like compressing enemies into a quantum singularity...

i agree 100 percent, but i doubtt hey will make it free. with past experiences with game companies, they have lost their ambition to please their customers, and they have gained an ambition for money. this is just so much bs

Well I've entirely screwed my pre order armor thing over. I'm not too worried, as I'm sure you'll get better armor and weapons in the game. I was actually able to get the cerberus network to work, but that's not enough. I demand satisfaction from EA. If I had a glove, or a metal gauntlet I'd let them know what for! Methinks that we should get an Assassin from Ubisoft and take out the evil people of EA.

You are all trying the codes and such. Have any of you tried importing a character yet? That's where the real madness comes into play. You cannot import a played character unless it is the autosave right after you beat the game. No save before, or after that. =) Makes me want to murder little baby lambs.

Oh I can't wait to go into work tomorrow and tell all of the customers that ask me about this game all about my long night of not playing it.

I understand that this kind of stuff happens, but you know what..... a little "I'm sorry" and "We're working on it" or maybe just SOME kind of acknowledgment that they are trying to help us would be nice.

is it EA or Bioware enforcing all these 10+ exclusive codes and network to get every thing, whats wrong with having a standard and a collector's edition , giving them identical game, but extra artbook and soundtrack. anyone how downloaded the **** 4 free can tell you the there was alot of different pre-order bonuses

Still no official word. Awesome.

Ok, we're going from 'Damn, I'm pissed this isn't working' to 'Bioware and EA will have to take me to dinner and a movie before I so much as humor the idea of buying their games day one anymore.'

Yeah, it better be fixed. Yeah, it probably will. But we're a rabid fan base because Mass Effect was great, and aside from this Qockup, ME2 is looking even better.

This is bringing out that "Rabid" side.

Sci-Fi brings out the ultimate nerd rage. At least there's no one trying to start an 'official boycott' like those left 4 dead 2 ****ors.

trying to hit up each of the 1 million threads (with only one of me, at the moment). many of the issues stem from the same problems.

on PC CE - yoru cerberus network code isnt actually for cerberus network (it was misprinted)

for the 360, gamertags are associated with an old ea online account, and that is not the one that was used for cerberus activation. (this requires a customer support call to tell them to move your gamertag to the one you activated cerberus with)

-people using multiple emails (different between in game and the social site). for the pc, simply turn auto-login off and then log in to the correct account. for the 360, customer support can help or you can try and pm me

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt at this point. I've had the game less than 3 hours. I am sure 20 thousand people are all trying to do this all at once.

your codes most likely works...they just worked against the account you are using on bioare social, rather than the account in your game.

once you address which account is being used in game/make it use the same account as the one for bioware social, you should be good.

but no amount of codes will help you unless you have the account login credentials for the account that is associated with your gamertag

And, like you stated in my thread, there's no way to do this on the 360, correct?
